Honestly, this is one of Jon Stewart’s best segments. I mean, he has the paranoid delusions of Glenn Beck down to the ridiculous hand movements and asinine disjointed logic.

I think Glenn Beck’s tears are like manna for Jesus. The real tears. Not the forced, “I rubbed Vicks Vapor Rub Under My Eyes”, tears…but the real ones from Glenn Beck. Its almost poetic. Seriously, who wouldn’t get all choked up watching that little white boy give his coke to the tired black football player. Wait a minute….is that socialism? Or that Kodak commercial with the inspiring music. Who knew commercials were so deep?
Let’s be real, this is just more proof that Glenn Beck is certifiably insane. First off, the reason Beck has such a connection to those commercials is because they were probably first aired around the same time he was strung out on drugs. Ever watch a commercial with someone on drugs? They think everything is deep. To them, Billy Mays wasn’t a salesman but a wizard of the dark arts who’s magic potion “Oxyclean” could magically get rid of not only their vomit but the smell. And when Beck says this was a time when we were “together”, I really have to wonder just how long he was on those drugs. Maybe its my “unique” experience as a black guy but seriously, we haven’t really ever been together Glenn. Black folks were getting their asses whooped heavy back then by the police. Also, is it me or is Glenn Beck an example of when “Analogies Go Wrong”? I mean come on. Glenn Beck did drugs. Him saying “You smell like pot, your friends poured beer on you, you’re out late past your bedtime” seems like it would have been called “Mission Accomplished” for him a few years ago. I’m just saying.
Honestly, Glenn Beck is hilarious not because he’s trying to be but because he’s a living, breathing example of how idiots can direct this country. People actually believe this guy. Sad, scary and hilarious all wrapped up in one nutcase.
Let me see if I have this logic right: Give the 9-12/Tea Party protesters an award for standing in the way of President Obama accomplishing his goals and campaign promises. You’ve gotta be kidding me.
President Obama was nominated because he spent 22 months campaigning on ideals that would promote peace and bringing the world together and the Nobel Committee gave him time to work towards those. Not only is he working towards those but by giving him this award, it sets an expectation on him to actually complete them. Oh the horrors.
So you’ll remember that Glenn Beck said on Fox & Friends one morning that President Obama had a “deep seated hatred for white people and white culture.” This of course caused an uproar from people with brains because, how could a person with a white mother and white grandmother, grow up with a hatred for white people? Seriously, people that question President Obama’s legitimacy as far as race (”He’s not really black” or “He hates white people”) are truly retarded. But anyway, back to Glenn Beck. I’ve said for a while now that Glenn Beck doesn’t understand or believe half of the shit he says. Well, here’s your proof. In a “Web interview” with Katie Couric, Beck stumbles and fumbles when she asks a question from Twitter asking Beck to describe exactly what “What Culture” is.
I don’t know what’s worse. The fact that serious news anchors are relying on Twitter to help them call people on their bullshit or the fact that idiots continue to make Katie Couric seem like a legitimate news anchor. Between Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck, Couric really didn’t have to do anything. She just asked a simple question (”What about the bailouts?” or “You don’t really think you have foreign policy experience” or “Just clarify what you said about white culture”) and these idiots fumble and stumble over their own tongues. Its truly amazing.
Kriss & Dylan are in the studio with special guest “The Black Becky”. The show starts off grimy off the top. From having sex with old men to women on women to discussions about how to save face as a jumpoff. We then go to politics and whether or not racism is the real problem. Also, Kriss points out some interesting facts about some of the loudest voices on the conservative side. The show ends with a story about some really stupid mental health officials in Washington State.

Where would we be without Glenn Beck to give us our daily dose of insanity? He “cites” a University (you know, those breeding places of the left-wing liberal conspiracy) that he can’t remember saying the figure was 1.7 million people. Everyone…even other right wing douchebags have said it wasn’t that many people. Hell, the dumb blond on the set even tried to tell him “We’ve only been reporting tens of thousands.” If a Fox & Friends host is trying to tell you that your little right-wing dumb ass gathering wasn’t in the millions, I think you should listen. What? Is Beck going to try to tell us that Fox News now is also in the bag for Obama?
Can I also say that I’m tired of watching these Fox News idiots acting like they’ve always been for supporting people’s rights to protest. Thankfully, Jon Stewart and the Daily Show are back on the case.
