Yeah you were at a Nationals game during the decision, because if you watched it you would have known that all of the advertising proceeds and as well as a half mil donation was given to the Boys and Girls Club of America. And that was the reason for the Special. Other than that I’m with you on all your other points.

Nope, i was at the gym when it happened and saw it. I know where the proceeds went, that still doesn’t justify the special in my opinion. It was over the top

I think the special was entirely too much, and it reflects badly on everyone involved, especially the viewers for willfully watching Lebron James’s ego masturbate for an hour. It was also in bad taste that he didn’t at least let his home know that he was out. However, I understand why he left Cleveland; building a team around one player worked during the regular season (61-21), but when you hit the playoffs, that won’t cut it. The Cavs needed a reliable secondary player and should’ve traded for Stoudemire. Kobe has Pau to pull off double-doubles when he’s chucking bad shots; who did Cleveland have? If Cleveland was serious about keeping Lebron, they had the offseason up until last Thursday to show that. Big-ticket players went into free agency, players who didn’t choke during playoffs, and they didn’t even try to grab one.

Thats cool. I thought it was a bit much too. I just heard you say that if it was for charity you may look at it differently. Keep up the good work man.
