Listen, I know these types of interviews are always bias. I could go into downtown Baltimore and ask some random supports of the President about his policies and get the same blank faces. The difference is, the President’s positions are clearly stated. These supporters are not ignorant on what Sarah Palin’s positions are. They actually represent the fact that NO ONE really knows what Palin’s positions are. Seriously, when asked what Sarah Palin stood for, one supporter said “Freedom”. What the fuck does that mean? Liberty? Really? Define that for me please. Sarah Palin’s supporters are mirror images of her. They spew off these buzzwords without knowing the meaning or consequences of what they are suggesting, just like her. No one of any substantial intelligence has been able to come out and defend Sarah Palin’s positions on ANYTHING. All they say is “She electrifies the base” which is just code for “She’s gives simpletons hope.” This is why Palin is so scary.
Oh…and some of these fuckers are just batshit insane. “The state that she did govern was right across the street from Russia”. I’m done.
That was indeed painful. I believe that there are more intelligent people that support Palin (who may still not know why), and people who support Obama for no good reason, but still… These people seem to think that they understand policies, but if asked what policy you support, you answer “Freedom” and “back to basics America,” you don’t know what you are talking about. These are things that are repeated over and over so that people like these think they actually have valid points when they speak. It is ridiculous.
And “not enough white votes” to push Palin over the edge? LMAO, are you serious? You have just admitted (and been tricked into it, no less) how you think things in America should actually be. Ugh. Disgusting.
