Oh I think the Birther movement should be dead now. I just watched something that was hilarious, disturbing, painful, did I say hilarious? Orly Taitz is a “lawyer” who is aiding in some lawsuits claiming that President Obama isn’t a citizen. That alone should be enough to make her crazy but that’s not good enough for Taitz. She’s Queen of the crazies. I just watched the segment where David Shuster (and later Tamron Hall) interviewed Taitz on MSNBC. Let me tell you, its side splitting funny. Seriously, to all the birthers out there. If you want to maybe, possibly be taken as serious, don’t let someone bat shit insane like Orly Taitz speak for you. Here are some of my favorite moments from the video:
1. Taitz sounds like Eva Bruan. There’s something ironic about claiming the president isn’t a citizen when you sound like you’re fresh off the boat yourself
2. When Shuster first asks Taitz to explain the two announcements of Barack Obama’s birth, she goes on some wild tangent about how there are two types of birth certificates
3. She still doesn’t explain how having a birth announcement in a newspaper lets you avoid filling out immigration paperwork
4. When Taitz takes a shot at Tamron Hall (who is off camera and hasn’t even spoken to her) you can hear Tamron say “WHAT!?!?” off camera
5. She calls Ann Coulter part of the mainstream media. Now I’d hate to defend a nutcase like Coulter but in this case, I have to.
6. Tamron Hall’s facial expressions when she finally talks to Taitz
7. Taitz claims Obama has 2 social security numbers. How the fuck would she know? Isn’t it a crime to have someone else’s SSN?

Beautiful. Yes, you’re right about her sounding like Eva Braun! I happened to catch it live, and believe me, I knew I was watching history.
I’ve been following this demented subject since I first heard about Orly Taitz, I have to say, it has been a very entertaining little diversion.
I agree, this whole ‘Birther Movement’ is about as dead as, well, a bowel movement.
Sorry for the scatology, I guess a some of the Dark Side has rubbed off!
My name is Johnny, and I survived some of the most crypto-fascist, utterly sociopathic sites on here you can possibly imagine.
But I suspect you already know all that, don’t you?
I cannot believe the level of pure hate I’ve encountered on here, thanks so much for this site, pal, it’s like a cool, clean breath of fresh air.

Hi, Johnny again.
On a related and similarly sympathetic post (Washington Independent), I noticed that one of the birther’s screen name began with ‘Golem’, and I conjectured that it reminded me of the character ‘Gollum’, from the ‘Fellowship if the Rings’ trilogy, and was struck with a muse. I thought I might share it with you, tell me what you think? Here it is:
“One form to prove them all…
One great cause to find them
One longform to show them all
And in the darkness, BIND THEM…”
Yessss, My Precious, YESSSSSS!

Orly Taitz needs to be put in the nut house in a straight jacket as this lady is totally psycho. She definitely has lost any credibility with her total stupidity over this Kenyan Birth Certificate, she needs to be told to Shut the F Up or you will eventually be sued for your stupidity. The only thing this Nut Case is qualified to do is clean toilets at MacDonalds.
You just insulted untold millions of McDonald’s staff all over the world, hahahahaha!

Whether or not you agree with Taitz, why do you put quotation marks (“) around “lawyer?” She is indeed a fully-licensed, duly authorized attorney-at-law who can appear before the SCOTUS. She is also a practicing dentist, licensed in one of the toughest states on licensing requirements. Lawyer, dentist, businesswoman, political activist…it’s just that you have a problem with her brand of politics, right?
Why are you, a liberal who is supposed to embrace diversity and group hugs, making fun of her accent? She is a fully-naturalized American, TAX PAYING citizen who left the old Soviet Union and has realized the American dream. You have a problem with that? Are you saying a naturalized citizen who speaks with an accent should not be able to take part in the American right and tradition of political discourse and free speech? Would you take her rights away from her? How would you do that…how would you silence her?
Just a couple more points and I’m outta here…Ann Coulter is indeed a member of the main stream media; she appears, INVITED, on numerous news/talk programs every week on the major networks, and even the minor ones like MSNBC. Her weekly column is run in hundreds of newspapers across the country, and her website receives hundreds of thousands of hits a week.
You mention Hall’s facial expression. This is a not-so-subtle tactic of left wing interviewers; show their disgust both verbally and in body language because it obviously impresses people like…well, people like you, who accept her facial expression as some sort of validation of her political views. It means nothing to intelligent people except it shows the low level of journalistic ehtics and class, or lack of class, of the interviewer. Or, she may have just had gas pains that day; was the pained expression on her face followed by a body lean to one side and a lifted leg?
Lastly…I guarantee you one thing, however, Kriss…Orly Taitz would know how to spell Eva BRAUN, and probably a lot of two and three syllable words, unlike most leftwing bloggers who proudly demonstrate their lack of a good education every day, all over the Internet. QUALITY SHOWS.
By the way, when you reply to his, don’t bother calling me names, or using the f-word numerous times…that only makes me look more intelligent than you and proves my point to anyone reading this post. Criticism like that just rolls of my back like rain off a duck. So refute my points if you can…it’s easy to ridicule and call names…it’s much harder to win converts to your side by insults and namecalling.
Oh gosh, one more thing…over the years I’ve noticed that female Coulter haters, and more recently female Taitz haters tend to be slovenly and very unattractive other females…could there be a whole lot of envy there? These two women are smart, intelligent, persuasive, Conservative, and beautiful. That’s a lot for teeth-gnashing liberal females to hate. So, am I right, Krissy?
Heh-heh…
So I’m assuming “Paul” that you think Taitz is “fighting the good fight” in trying to say the President isn’t a citizen of this country. If that’s the case all I can say is: LMAO.
Awfully high on your own horse aren’t you Paul? Your first misconception is that because this particular piece is against Orly Taitz and the birther movement that this write-up and this blog are inherently “liberal.” In fact, if you had taken the time to read more of this site, you’d find that while it does have it’s mildly-left slant, there are plenty of jabs at Democrats to be found (and not just the Blue Dogs, but Pelosi and Reid).
Quite honestly, the birthers on the right-side of the political spectrum are just as crazy as the truthers (9/11 conspiracy theorists) on the left; I would claim it’s the AMERICAN response to rebuke these outrageous claims that no doubt will waste countless hours and tax dollars to hold proceedings (I thought you guys on the right were all about cutting out the wasteful spending in government?). Ok, you disagree with Obama’s politics, so do something about it. And by do something about it, I mean work on offering viable alternatives to his plans rather than trying to work on a bunch of Karl Rove-style smear campaigns to ruin his image in the eyes of the American public. Otherwise the GOP will be left to continue dipping into the realms of the Know Nothing party using overly nationalistic language to drum up emotions on issues rather than critical thought; I believe in the need of a strong opposition party (I do not, for the record, want to see Pelosi run amock with spending), but that precludes that they will THINK about issues.
Second, you claim Ann Coulter as part of the MSM and I agree; and therefore when she speaks about the MSM, it’s silly to act as if she’s not part of it. Then in the next breath, you claim Hall’s facial expressions as a tactic of the left-wing interviewers. It is the tactic of ALL partisan interviewers and interviewees (Ann Coulter and Sean Hannity come to my mind off the top). The news is not based in fact anymore, it’s based on emotion and whoever can “market” their ideas better. This, I believe, has a lot to do with how divided we are right now because when news organizations (all of them including Fox News) give people what they want and not what they need, they only help to fan the flames. You see, Fox News is THE mainstream these days. Their viewership tops that of CNN and MSNBC. Yet they play this act as if they are not part of the MSM… AND PEOPLE BELIEVE IT! You may claim to be outside of all of that, but the truth is that you’re playing the game by simply and strictly categorizing things as “liberal.” So, nice jab at Kriss there, claiming that being “impressed” by Tamron Hall’s facial expression proves his ignorance, but with how fervently you are backing Ann Coulter, I’d say you pop a woody when she gets her “Oh-no-you-didn’t” look on her face or the way that she laughs off claims that she feels are idiotic (like the way Tamron Hall just smirked off Orly Taitz).
Thirdly, the premise that your lack of profanity and the use of profanity on Kriss’ part is somehow going to prove the point that you are smarter than Kriss may hold up in an academic sphere or maybe even a true journalistic atmosphere, but this a personal blog on which personal beliefs are expressed. However, from a full societal perspective it is pretty preposterous to think that profanity refutes a point being made. Some of the best comedians over time have been known to be vulgar but made some great points (Lewis Black comes to mind). Profanity and vulgarity denote to me how emotionally invested someone is in a subject and when patience has gone out of the window, profanity creeps in. It may not strengthen a point, but it certainly adds emotion (something that comedians are allowed/encouraged to do while journalists should rise above it).
Finally, if you like Orly and her nasty caked-on make-up and Ann Coulter and her awfully protruding Adam’s apple, by all means, do you. Google “Adam’s apple” and click on “Images” and Ann Coulter’s photos are the first that come up… gosh darnit – it’s all the liberal media’s fault! The point is that you are as biased as you claim Kriss to be, so don’t try to act like you’re above it all. Oh and the reason why many of us have questioned Taitz’s credentials is simply for the reason that for being a dual-degree carrying Lawyer-Dentist or Dentist-Lawyer, presumably making her of above-average intelligence, she spews some pretty stupid shit. A simple Google search also reveals this blog post about Orly Taitz that is fairly revealing (http://acandidworld.com/2009/03/13/turnabout-is-obama-denialist-orly-taitz-really-a-lawyer-will-she-be-for-long/). Furthermore, the topic of her accent was brought up because it is mildly ridiculous that the lawyer representing the case against is a foreign-born, pro-Israel woman.
(I’m with-holding my opinion that she actually has these degrees until I actually get to hold them in my hands and see for myself that she earned them.)
Who ever wrote this article in my opinion is a LYING FELON and likely does drugs/sells drugs and is a back stabbing betrayer of the American citizen.
Works for me.
I guess I wouldn’t sign my name to it either… Filthy LYING Felons! …… Thank the Lord when he states that the LIAR with be thrust down to hell………
