Why are Conservatives So Stupid?

I hate conservatives. Really I do. Well, let me rephrase that. I’m a little conservative myself. Personally, I wouldn’t want abortion to be an option if my girlfriend got pregnant. In my mind, when I think of marriage, I think of a man and a woman. But the difference between me and the right wing retards in the republican party is that I don’t believe that my personal beliefs should be forced onto those around me. So I don’t think that because I don’t want my girlfriend to have an abortion that my opinion and belief should be forced on another couple. And I don’t think that just because I see marriage as between a man and a woman doesn’t mean that two guys that love each other should be denied the same right as a heterosexual couple. So it’s not that I hate all conservatives. There’s nothing wrong with having conservative view points. I have a problem with being a conservative and being a complete dickwad about it by trying to force your ideals and beliefs on all those around you instead of compromising or realizing that two people can exist and be cordial to one another even if they don’t agree. Seriously, when you listen to these people speak you wonder just how out of touch one group of people can be with reality.

So last week was the Conservative Political Action Conference. It was basically an orgy of antiquated ideas, fear mongering and group think. There’s their use of the term “Islamofacism” to over simplify the “enemy” and problems causing the War on Terror. It’s the typical m.o. of this group; To use a made up word to generate fear instead of using logic to identify and address a problem. It’s quite sad actually that conservatives blatantly use the word “Islamofacism” in an attempt to relate Islam to Fascism. Islam is already (unfortunately) associated with Anti-Semitism and to attach it to a word like Fascism is just fanning the flames on a gasoline lit fire. And to make matters worse, they don’t seem to understand that their heavy handed rhetoric, “tough talk” and over the top policies only alienates the very people they are trying to “liberate”.

Then there’s the “gay issue”. I honestly think that most conservatives when in the confines of their own home masturbate to gay porn while wrapped in an American Flag blanket surrounded by life-sized posters of Ronald Reagan with self written “I love you”/“I miss you” notes all over their walls. Seriously, when you have conservatives like Mark Foley (sending sexual messages to underage boys in the page program), Larry Craig (“wide stance”), Bob Allen (“I only took the $20 to blow him because he was a big black guy”) and many more, it makes me think that those republicans that complain so much about the “gay agenda” like Rick Santorum are actually slurping down penis on the weekends. I don’t know about you, but it makes perfect sense to me that most right wing conservatives are closet homosexuals. They fight gay marriage and gays much like how some people make fun of and deny liking the person they secretly lust for. Then there’s how they went crazy over Bill Clinton’s completely heterosexual blow job. I sometimes wonder if they would have gone so crazy if instead of Monica, it had been Michael…

Anyway, back to the conference of idiots last week. Conservatives had the 4 big names in the republican party there to speak in order to complete their conservative circle jerk. Three (well, two now) Republican Presidential candidates and the head douche bag himself, President George Bush.

Mitt Romney
I think Jon Stewart said it best when Mitt Romney basically said that he was dropping out of the race so that democrats couldn’t win, which would be a “surrender to terror.” Fuck You!!! I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that a political official can make a statement like that and not be laughed off the stage. Seriously, I wonder if those brain dead fucktards that were clapping as Romney made that retarded ass statement really thought about what he was implying. If a democrat winning the general election is surrendering to terrorists, that means voting for democrats is supporting terrorism. So the millions of Americans that have been showing up to vote in the Democratic caucuses and primaries (in numbers higher than Republicans I might add) are aiding and abiding terrorists and should be locked up in Gitmo as enemy combatants. Listening to Romney’s speech about was like watching child porn. I knew it was wrong and I was completely disgusted and wanted to turn away. Yet I continued to watch to see just how far and disgusting it would get. In the end I wanted to take a BRILLO pad to my ear drums to try to scrub the garbage that man spewed.

John McCain
I really was a John McCain fan a few years ago. In case you don’t remember, McCain was the republican that republicans used to hate because he would quietly (actually, not so quietly) go tell them to go fuck themselves when the party would do something incredibly stupid. I don’t remember very many republicans saying that President Bush and his Administration were mismanaging the war. But McCain did. But that all changed after 2004. After some serious rumors that McCain could end up being picked by Kerry to be his running mate, McCain all of the sudden changed his tone and became best friends with G.W. To be perfectly honest, the change in John McCain was so sharp to me that I’m beginning to think it’s some kind of Manchurian Candidate type shit. Anyway, I found it hilarious that the man who said as President he would follow Osama Bin Laden to the ‘gates of Hell’ and that he didn’t see a problem with being in Iraq for 100+ years would have to defend himself as being conservative enough. I mean the guy says he wants to have Roe v Wade overturned. What more does he have to do? Call for gays to be put into internment camps? Wait, let me stop giving these fools ideas.

Mike Huckabee
Is it me or can you see Huckabee 10 years from now on the side of the road like one of those homeless guys with a sign that says “Will suck penis for votes?”

President Bush (The head douchebag himself)
Probably the worse president in US history. The National debit is just under ten trillion dollars. We borrow money from countries like China at an exponential rate. We are involved in a war that is a major financial sinkhole. Katrina and the failures of FEMA. All time low approval ratings. Yet the fools at this conference had the nerve to chant “Four more years” when Bush ended his speech. Are you serious? This man almost single handedly ruined our standing in the world and ruined our economy…and these fools want 4 more years? If that doesn’t explain why right wing republicans are idiots, I don’t know what does.

  1. Kriss says:

In another example of dumb ass conservatives, Tom Delay was on MSNBC the other day and said that there is no such thing as "man made climate change".  His reasoning was that there was no real "science" to support it and that it’s "human arrogance to suggest that man could effect the climate".

People actually voted for this idiot.

  2. brran1 says:

Damn Kriss. Delay must not believe in Science. He must not have heard of Fossil Fuels and Greehouse Gases and Global Warming…Damn all that science jazz are a bunch of conspiracy theories

  3. Chris says:

Could not agree more with conservatives’ dedication to impressing their personal beliefs on others. While I don’t always agree with the Democratic party, I respect it much more for the sole fact that it embraces diversity rather than shaming it. Diversity and change is natural, and will never go away. There is no reason to consistently view it negatively.

  4. Brad says:

I am so glad to see a smart young man fighting back against all the crap that is available in the blogosphere. I teach in the inner city and not only do I fight against the really idiotic perceptions of people outside our school, I often hear it from people with whom I work, often my bosses. They hate teachers, think we and our kid are all dimwits, and vote their “pocketbook” not realizing there are a good number of people who would like to see our jobs go to monkeys or robots or whatever… You rock. Keep it up.

  5. Anonymous says:

Hilarious! And thank you for coming out and saying it! (i.e. that they’re stupid)

    “Manchurian Candidate”–lol. ;-)

  6. Conservative and smarter than you says:

The problem with this whole rant is that you don’t seem to realize the difference between the GOP/Republican party and true conservatives. I’m a conservative and I think most of the GOP/Republicans are a bunch of idiots with no idea how to run the country and do attempt to force their own beliefs on others. In my eyes, the eyes of a conservative individual, I see a problem with spending money we don’t have. I also see a problem with starting a war with no way to fund it.

The fact is everyone is so quick to label others. Are you really using logic and thought when you say the things that you do? Saying Huckabee will be standing on the side of the road with a sign that says “Will suck penis for votes.” Real logical and thought out….

Your problem, and the problem with liberal people as a whole is that they are convinced that only they know how to fix things. Where is the country now? Exactly my point, trillions more dollars in debt thanks to the Obama administration.

Your’e not as smart as you like to think. If you know so much why aren’t you out there fixing it? Your’e just as bad as the GOP/Repubs. Too full of hate and ignorance to actually get anything done.

    • Richard says:

The problem is that President Obama is the best conservative democrat the republicans have ever had. He is so far from being a progressive that it makes me sick. I was all for him when he was running for office, but now, I would/t vote for him if he was running for dog catcher. He will be a single term president. It is a shame he could have been a contender. lol, He decided to knuckle under to the right and let the conservatives run his presidency. Well, we liberals will have to let him be thrown out of office by the Alaskan bimbo and then we can try again to vote a true liberal back into the office after her one term. Its such a waste.

      • Kriss says:

man get the fuck out of here with that “he’s the best conservative democrats the republicans have ever had”. Stupid shit like that shows just how little some liberal understand about history and the way politics works. If you think Obama is somehow a “conservative democrat” but were cheerleading Bill Clinton and think Hilary would do a better job, you’re an idiot.

      • Caelyn says:

Way to use the ineretnt to help people solve problems!

      • Nate says:

This is a center-right country at best. When three out of every two people self-describe themselves as conservative, we liberals need to take every victory we can get. Sure, Obama is no liberal, but this does not make him a conservative, as you so idiotically claim. He is more of a moderate Democrat. That’s a good thing. We need less radicalism now, not more. And who will you ever vote for, if not Obama?

    • John says:

@conservative and smarter than you. You are so misinformed it’s ridiculous. Obama added trillions of dollars of debt to the country? Look back at every republican president for the last thirty years. Everyone of them has added more debt to the country than ever before. Yet we never heard about this debt reduction until Obama came into office. This country’s media is so backwards and favored towards the idiots I have to watch the daily show with Jon stewart to get any credible information that isnt right wing blowhard hatred. And helping our country’s poor and needy should always be more important than one’s with oil. ALWAYS!

      • calvin says:

@John – you get your news from a comedy news program? Are you 10 years old?

@kriss – A TRUE conservative doesn’t care if you are gay, fascist, communist, conspiracy theorist, or Jesus…everyone gets the same rights as listed by the constitution. Liberals are so sure that they are the champions of freedom until it comes to stealing the wealth of others. Take a closer look at the Tea Party and not what the comedy news channels are saying about them and you’ll find many of your own liberal beliefs echoed within that culture.

Here is what you cannot seem to grasp: Theft is theft, whether it’s stealing the rights of gays to marry one another or stealing money from Paul to give to Peter (and buy Peter’s vote). A true conservative understands this dichotomy and liberals do not. A true conservative understands this dichotomy and the neocons of the Republican party from the past 20 years do not.

But do you know who does? Thomas Jefferson, Ron Paul, and me.

(and, incidentally, what is it you mean by your caption on this page? You claim that conservatives are stupid and that you, as a liberal by inferred comparison, are intelligent, so what does that caption represent? are you trying to say that conservatives believe in a false superhero of the US? That we believe in a picture? That we believe in some unpresented ideal that you yourself didn’t bother to identify?)

The unintelligent masses of conservatives may not have the education, IQ, and upringing that liberals (on average) have received, but they easily understand one fundamental fact: stealing is wrong. Austrian economists understand it even deeper, and can equivocate any nations economic superiority to the period of time in which it grasped these fundamental principles. You can too. Turn off Jon Stewart, SNL news, Fox News, MSNBC, and CNN and read some history, learn a few things. You’ll be surprised at what you’ll find out.

          Here’s a good place to start –
          Google: ‘The Miracle of Chile’

BUT before you start researching there, I need to make you aware of something….

politicians, the media, and even so called ‘conservatives’ in the republican party have really confused what it means to be a republican today..so much to the point that when you read what was going on in Chile in the 70′s you’ll think that it was being run like a Republican would run it and that it was the Democratic policies that saved it…..

In actuality, it’s the opposite…the military junta in control in the seventies in Chile was exactly like Democratic policies and it was, in fact, conservative ideas that freed the country…

proof? it was Milton Friedmans’ ideas that freed the country…Milton Friedman was Ronald Reagens’ financial advisor and a staunch supporter of free-market economics (a la Adam Smith).

Try to go at it with an open mind…4/5 years ago I thought I was a liberal too, until I learned what a conservative (not a Republican) really means.

          • Anonymous says:

Calvin, are you even remotely aware that Reagan spent and taxed us more during his term (as a percentage of our GDP) than ANY president other than FDR during WW2. You can berate others as much as you would like, call names, whatever, but you can’t deny facts. OH wait, you are a conservative, so facts are not really concrete. But yep, old Ronny got the debt up to 18%, an increase of 189% from the start of his term, combined with 11 tax hikes. Was that man a tax and spend liberal or what?! National Debt per capita increased 168% under Reagan, increased 22% under Clinton before dropping $1000 per capita, and then went up 75% under W. It has gone up 37.6% under Obama. Seems like the conservative presidents really aren’t all that conservative with my tax dollars when I look at data. Not that the Dems are any great shakes, but they don’t parade themselves around as fiscal hawks while selling this country out one loan at a time to China, the greatest enemy America will face in the coming century. After all, let’s not forget the money for Afghanistan and Iraq came from Chairman Mao’s successors in Beijing, which we are currently only paying interest on, and some day they will demand, not ask politely, for us to settle our account.

I’ve recieved a Political Science Degree from ASU and I’m deeply invovled with politics and international affairs.. I consider myself to be rational, open minded and most importantly I consider the well being of others before I consider mine… Even though this doesn’t sound like a rational and open minded thing to say but with the knowledge I have and the personal experience I have with right wing conservatives is that they’re either ignorant or just politically ignorant.. That’s just the majority though, I have met a couple smart ass conservatives out there but that’s like one black cheerio in a full box.. What’s wrong with these dumb fucks is that even if the smartest person on the planet told them “Your wrong”, it would jus tgo through one ear and out the other.. People simply don’t like knowing they’re wrong and don’t like changing their minds.. Their ideas and beliefs solidify their political ideologies and that’s so important to their overall identity that the idea of changing their mind or excepting they’re wrong is just out of the question.. The problem is that these dumb fucks are actually more politically involved than most liberals, it seems, and that’s why corrupted/greedy conservative politicians, that only give a fuck about corporations but convince citizens that it’s about them (When obviously it’s fucking not), contiously remain or get voted into office… I truely believe in my heart that this country along with the entire world would be better off if 95% of the conservative politicians were exhiled..

      • Adam Vere says:

Typical liberal rant. conservatives politicians being exhiled? Are you kidding me? get a grip, and preferably, a new degree.

  7. Patrick says:

@Kriss. I’m glad that some people in this country can be reasonable. (i.e. Having their own opinions and not forcing others to believe the same.)

@Conservative and smarter than you. I could make an ironic statement about your use of the word you’re, but I won’t. I will however, say that you’re hypocritical in the sense that you “were quick to label” liberals in a strikingly similar way that Kriss labeled conservatives. Regardless, I do agree that many of the comments went much to far. Also, the writer didn’t claim to be smart, you made that statement.

  8. JohnnyGibson says:

    @conservative and smarter than you

that’s fair if you aren’t one of the hard-core teabaggers, but many conservative views aren’t logical and thought out. Some of the religious beliefs for example….

or ideas that we need to keep business unregulated, especially companies like BP.
I also find it very surprising you say that you feel liberals act as if only their way works. I have spoken with liberals and conservatives and I notice a trend. Liberals are willing to consider alternative perspectives, conservatives will never consider the other side. If you question a liberal, it’s time for a debate, but if you question a conservative, it’s time to get your butt kicked! The latter seems more brutish and primitive, but that’s just me.

Another factor is that these supposed War on Drugs, War on Terror, War on Crime have been going on for decades (war on terror not yet of course), and these are largely conservative means of fixing a problem. I don’t see them as effective, however, considering that drugs and crime still thrive in poor areas (a liberal view would suggest poverty leads to crime/drugs)

Oh yeah, climate change by man is real btw

  12. BrettR says:

Saying that conservatives that follow the views of Bush or Fox News are stupid is just as bad as saying all black people and apologetic-whites follow Obama and his czars. Ranting doesn’t make you smart, it just belittles the people you “hate”. I am more conservative than liberal, I’m not really religious, though, I believe in a strong military, good moral values (no one really says ‘sir’ or ‘ma’am’ unless they have to anymore) , I believe that important social problems should be decided at the state level (gay marriage, abortion, etc…), I don’t feel the government is responsible enough to handle “my” money as well as I can. Honestly, would you let someone you barely know pay your bills or spend it in general? I also feel our government no longer fears us as they should. The Constitution was not set up to determine what WE can’t do, it’ was to determine what the GOVERNMENT can’t do to us. It seems to have power, all you need to be is a lawyer (look it up most government officials were or are attorneys, though they won’t publicly state it.) Also, lobbyists and back-door deals are the bane of all democracy, there lies the true corruption in government: the ability to vote money to oneself and horde votes through an expensive campaign. Digressing back, I have conservative beliefs, but I don’t really care what FOX says or Bush did, and I also dislike how people can blindly lap up what Obama says, contrary to what he does. I find people who hate, do so because they are too lazy to understand, if you really look at it, the Republicans and Democrats are virtually the same, they just go about different ways to attain power (mainly their god: money). Admitting you’re wrong makes you right? So, don’t be so hypocritical or ignorant.

  13. Demagogue says:

I’m sorry, but this guy just used strawman after strawman.

I feed that liberals (most of them) are a bunch of good people who want to do the right thing but don’t think it through, and don’t do any research to support their position. Sure, they read some articles, and see what their liberal heroes say, but they don’t do any research themselves. For instance, how many people who argue the whether or not climate change is man-caused have ever actually researched the issue, and studied climatology? How many understand the difference between Keynesian economics, and Hayek’s theories? How many people realize the impacts of court decisions in regards to law enforcement, and understand the theories of restrictive legislation as opposed to protective legislation? There are many people (like the author) who don’t want to “force” their “pro-life” opinions on anyone else, which is just a basic misunderstanding of the issue. Sadly, I realize that I can do very little to change the lack of information and facts that so many liberals have, but I ask anyone who reads this to do me one favor: before you come out in either support or opposition to an issue, find at least three (3) accredited scientific studies about that issue, and try to come to the conclusion the evidence gives, rather than confirming your bias. Once you have done that, you know you are on solid ground, and you can have reasonable confidence that you are correct.

    • Demagogue says:

      Lol, “feed”… I meant “feel”

    • Ravi says:

“liberals are a bunch of good people who want to do the right thing but don’t think it through, and don’t do any research to support their position.”

Surely, you did not “think it through” before you posted such a ridiculous comment. Liberals are always posting facts and scientific studies, only to receive baseless denialism in response. (Note: DENIALISM not SKEPTICISM). Since you’re generalizing, let’s look at it from another angle: What do conservatives say about things like global warming? “Part of the socialist agenda.” How about news stories? “Part of the liberal media.” Fights for equality based on gender identity or sexual identity? “Part of the gay agenda.”

How do you have any type of rational discussion with a group of people who will only believe stories and “facts” generated from within their own group?

The fact that you would even use the phrase “accredited studies” with regard to scientific articles just shows me very clearly that you don’t even follow your own advice: Scientific journals are neither “accredited,” nor are articles deemed credible by any type of formal mechanism. They are simply peer reviewed.

But this is beyond science and politics. Contemporary conservatives are arguing positions that are so very obviously illogical. Since you’ve stumbled onto “climate change,” let’s use that example: It has been well known by physicists for over 150 years that carbon dioxide, methane and other “greenhouse gases” absorb radiation energy from the sun and radiate it back to the surrounding atmosphere rather than letting it pass through, effectively adding more energy to the atmosphere and raising temperatures (Hence, the “greenhouse effect”). Nobody argues with this concept, because the temperatures in space around here are entirely uninhabitable, and this fact has been observed widely. Meanwhile, we have been adding significantly to the greenhouse gases in our atmosphere, enhancing the greenhouse effect. Even if you believe in earnest that the preponderance of scientific evidence suggesting climate change is manufactured information, fabricated by socialists, you can’t argue with logic.

Unless I’m wrong. Maybe conservatives aren’t illogical. Maybe their new argument is “yeah, those gases USED to affect temperatures in the atmosphere, but it CHANGED (when Democrats started talking about it?).

  14. Vincent Gore says:

So forcing abortion payment on tax payers not supporting it isn’t forcing your beliefs on everyone? Forcing the world to accept homosexuality, and being queer, and being insane enough to change your gender isn’t forcing your beliefs on everyone? I am a proud Conservative Tea Party Patriot and am proud to stand for everything you hate! Being a lieberal, dim, or pervgressive only means you’re nothing more than a despicable, pathetic hypocrite and you’re too ignorant to even realize it!

  15. AlphaAccount says:

Kriss has gone over topics like abortion and homosexuality in his podcasts. He’s socially moderate to conservative on those things, not liberal.

    1. Kriss has explained that he doesn’t usually support abortion. Only in cases of rape or if giving birth could cause the death of the mother, in which case, the abortion is up to the mother.

    2. He has also explained that if you are not homosexual, why are you so concerned with whether or not someone else is? It has absolutely no affect on you. Granted, I don’t need someone to be flaming homsexual, walking around in rainbow underwear. However, that is not the majority of gay people. (and it would be indecent exposure)

    3. If someone is transgender (and they aren’t hitting on you) don’t worry about it! For someone who complains about “forcing beliefs”, you’re sure trying to control a lot of uncontrollable factors about other people.

“Extremism is so easy. You’ve got your position, and that’s it. It doesn’t take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.”

Congratulations sir, I assume you spend your days trolling the blogs of people you disagree with?

  16. K says:

You say you don’t like imposing your beliefs on others, does that mean you do not support excessive governmental programs that run unapologetically on the taxpayers’ dime?

  17. Lorenzo von Matterhorn says:

I do think it’s wrong when Republicans try to impose a christian agenda into politics when that agenda takes freedom away from others. But as said above liberals are often equally invasive of personal freedom through our pay checks. In general I don’t trust liberals with money because my philosophy on economics is very different from theirs. Obama is breaking the cardinal rule of “Don’t spend more than you have”. (For anyone who may be wondering I also disagreed with some of Bush’s spending policies) Thus it is not so much a matter of whether the person is liberal or conservative, but if they are fiscally responsible. It just so happens that in this day and age it is the liberals who are currently guilty of this.

  18. Brutal Truth says:

I can’t believe some people still can’t figure out what’s going on around them. The Dems and the GOP are nothing but a “good cop/bad cop” routine. The Republicans come in screaming, flailing their arms around, banging on the table and making threats. Then the Dems come in and pretend to be sympathetic, just do what we want you to do and we’ll save you from that mean old nasty bad cop Republican. In the end they’re both working for the same people and it isn’t us.

Obama is a great example and one that, if you’ve been paying attention, will make any further examples quite superfluous. He comes into office promising change from the way things are done in Washington, a really responsive, transparent government, an end to the insanity of the Cheney years. He comes into office as an allegedly Democratic president with a Dem supermajority in the Senate and a sizeable Dem majority in the House. If ever progressives would think that we have a golden opportunity to effect meaningful change in America, and a mandate to do so, it would be in the time from January 2009 through January 2011. But what do we have to show for it?

1.A health care “reform” bill that doesn’t give us single-payer, doesn’t include any kind of a public option, doesn’t allow a Medicare early buy-in and doesn’t even allow reimportation of affordable Canadian pharmaceuticals because that would cut into the profits of Big Pharma. Instead we get a bill that only the health insurance companies and Big Pharma can love, one that forces poor people who can’t afford insurance to have to buy it anyway, from private insurers. It should be called the “Health Insurance Company Profit Protection Act of 2010″.

2.The Employee Free Choice Act gets quietly shoved in the file cabinet marked “Things I never intended to do anyway”.

3.The minimum wage is an insultingly low $7.25/hour. Very friendly to business owners and very galling and destructive to the average minimum wage worker slaving away for a wage that he can’t afford to live on.

4.A continuation of the Cheney regime’s policies regarding Iraq, following the Bush-Cheney plan to the letter.

5.An escalation of the war in Afghanistan to proportions Cheney could have never hoped for.

6.A continuation of the acceptance of the Patriot Act’s mainstreaming of police state measures and in fact doubling down on them as now the U.S. government is pushing for police to be allowed to place tracking devices on someone’s car without even so much as a warrant and the government now claims the “right” to assassinate any American citizen anywhere in the world with no pretense of jurisprudence and based solely on the whims of the executive branch.

7.A continuation of the warmongering rhetoric against Iran which last I checked was an independent sovereign country that can develop whatever kind of energy or weapons it feels like developing. Nobody is demanding that the U.S. or Israel allow IAEA inspectors in to poke around their nuclear facilities but somehow they expect Iran to have no problem with it and if they do then it means war, war and more war.

8.A continuation of basically the entire Cheney regime policy platform regarding the “War on Terror” (wars for energy resource dominance) and the failed and fascist “War on Drugs” (i.e. war on adults having the right to make adult decisions.) Any changes made have been superficial window dressing and riddled with loopholes to allow the policies to continue for example with the “outlawing” of torture that allows the CIA to still torture.

9.A phony wet noodle “crackdown” on Wall Street that doesn’t really change anything about the way Wall Street does business, it’s still a casino with every expectation of being bailed out again at taxpayer expense if the whole thing comes down in a heap and a “crackdown” on the offshoring of wealth that closes the loopholes 20% of the way and leaves them 80% of the way open with two years for tax attorneys to find ways around the pissant 20% closure of the loopholes.

10.The same cognitive disfunction seen in Republicans whereby they act like every American is either a shareholder of a major corporation or is a small business owner, ignoring the reality that the overwhelming majority of Americans don’t own businesses but instead work for others, selling our labor peacemeal at an exploitative wage.

Face it America: all you are allowed to choose between are overt conservatives and badly-disguised conservatives like Obama. If you could pick someone who could genuinely be counted on to change things in a meaningful way you wouldn’t be allowed to vote. You only can because every single time it runs absolutely no risk to the billionaire ruling elite of actual change taking place. Obama is nothing but Bush-Cheney 2.0, a happier, friendlier face on the same old exploitation, billionaire-oriented policies and jingoism. Genuine representative democracy has never existed in the U.S. What you have are elaborate and extravagantly expensive dog & pony shows held every few years to keep you dumb and complacent, feeling like you have some kind of a say in what governs you. You clearly do not.

  20. You are an idiot says:

I like how you loosely connected Romney’s statement to the Liberals supporting terrorism. Then you go on to say that watching his speech was like watching child pornography. Using your logic, we would then be able to infer that you would actually watch child pornography. Your rant doesn’t make sense at all.

Nobody wants to see the elephant in the room. We are so upset at the idea of abortion yet we give birth to more unloved kids that grow up to be angry adults doing some pretty bad shit. We are always trying to stop some kind of pandemic or another whether it be locusts, some killer virus etc but we never look at the worts and most dangerous pandemic of all and that’s us folks. Our unstopable population explosion is eatin up the world and WILL kill not only ALL of us but every living thing along with it by the end of this century many scientists are now forcasting. We have the knowlege and the expertise to turn it all around but we lack the most importand thing to make it happen and that is a consensus. We are mired in idiotic delusions of gods and other such rubbish. Oh well keep those babies a comin. plop plop plop

u know youre right, its much easier to kill babies to control the population then any of the people who use all that welfare money to buy big screen tv’s, the most bad ass cell phones on the market, yet have there kids sleep on the floor. Oh, well I guess if they killed there kids they wouldnt have to sleep on the floor. Maybe we should just start turning seniors into soilent green for everyone to eat on the taxpayers dime. Pro Choice people should take pride in thier nazi roots. Start killing people now for the sake of the future, love it.
